Scientific papers are sent to the journal by email.
Scientific papers are uploaded electronically on the journal’s website, and the author of the paper is given a link that allows him to track the paper’s progress electronically.
The author of the scientific paper must send his full name, academic degree, the academic institution to which he belongs, and his email address.
The owner of the scientific paper will be notified of receipt.
Second: The stage of reviewing the scientific paper:
Initial screening process
The journal’s editorial board initially examines the scientific paper in order to determine whether the paper complies with the journal’s publishing rules and whether it is eligible for peer review.
The Editorial Board adopts several standards for the initial screening process as follows
The extent to which the topic of the scientific paper is consistent with the field of specialization of the journal
The integrity and accuracy of the Arabic language in the paper.
Degree of scientific honesty.
How to refer to the sources used in the paper.
The journal secretary informs the author of the scientific paper of receipt and initial examination of the paper.
If the scientific paper is accepted in principle, but lacks some scientific foundations in preparing scientific papers, it is referred to its author and he is given directions to help improve it.
Arbitration process
The scientific paper is subject to arbitration by referees specialized in the field of the scientific paper, provided that the names of the referees are obscured so that the author of the scientific paper cannot infer them.
The editorial secretary sends the result of the arbitration process to the author of the scientific paper, and informs him of the editorial board’s decision in terms of approving the paper, approving it after making amendments to it, or rejecting it.
The process of completing modifications
The author of the scientific paper makes the required amendments to the paper and resubmits it.
The author of the scientific paper must explain the modifications he made to the paper by shading the modified texts in a color different from the printed color in the paper.
Acceptance and rejection process
The journal’s editorial board reserves the right to accept or reject depending on the publishing rules and policies and the opinions and directions of the editorial board members
